    How to change the date and time on your phone displays

    Meridian M5316 or M5216 - Instructions for changing date/time and the format for date/time can be found at:

    Meridian M9417 - Date/time are changed as follows:

    1. Press <Set Options> Key.

    2. Press < * > to enter the Options List.

    3. Press the down arrow key or < 0 >.

    4. Press < 0 > and follow the instructions on the display.

    5. Press <Rls>

    InterTel Axxess - Date/time are changes as follows:

    1. While on hook, enter the Set Date/Time feature code. Your display will show DATE (current date). If the date is correct press < # > or ACCEPT to skip to the TIME XX:XX prompt.
    2. Using the keypad enter the correct month, day, and year (Example: 061502 for June 15, 2002). If the time is correct press < # > or ACCEPT twice to exit. The display will show SYSTEM DATE AND TIME UPDATED.
    3. Use the keypad to enter the time in hours and minutes (Example: 0900 for 9:00).
    4. If the system is set for 12-hour display format, the display shows SELECT AM OR PM (AM=1 PM=2). Press < 1 > (or the AM menu key) for AM or Press < 2 > (or the PM menu key) for PM. The display shows SYSTEM DATE AND TIME UPDATED.

    InterTel (Older Systems) - You can change the date and time by using "Spcl 021" and following the prompts.
